Fiona has worked in the international chemical industry for four decades: in manufacturing, design and construction, engineering and maintenance, demolition, technology transfer and sales.
After completing a degree and Masters in Chemical Engineering at Cambridge University, her experience with process safety was gained at the sharp end with practical experience of managing high hazard chemical sites.
Fiona currently works for Lomon Billions, the world’s 4th largest producer of high performance titanium dioxide pigments.
Fiona is chair of the IChemE Loss Prevention Bulletin and is a regular contributor to the IChemE The Chemical Engineer (TCE) magazine including the following articles:
