Workers, at all levels and in all positions of an organization, must have roles and responsibilities to improve and ensure the security of the organization’s operations.However, some workers may not be aware of all their opportunities to contribute. Some organizations may not take full advantage of the full experience of their workers or, worse, may discourage workers seeking to contribute through what the organization considers a non-traditional role. The participation of the work force provides a system to allow the active participation of the company’s workers and the contractor in the design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of the RBPS management system
